DMCA Policy

Ai Chatbots Geven Jongeren respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures for filing a copyright infringement notification and a counter-notification for content hosted on our platform, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Ai Chatbots Geven Jongeren, please send a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
